When you choose the Union Community Center for your special event, you're doing more than renting a space, you're supporting your community. Every rental directly helps fund the care and maintenance of our building, as well as the programs, activities, and events we provide throughout the year.

Rates vary by day of the week and length of rental.

The deposit is refundable after the event if the facility is left clean and undamaged.
What's included
- Tables and folding chairs, included in your rental
- A kitchenette with a sink and microwave
- Seating for 400 in comfort, with a maximum legal capacity of 550
This rental does not include the kitchen area or its appliances, and renters are not permitted access to them. If the kitchen is found to have been accessed, the damage deposit is forfeited.
